1. Who we are

This website is published by Keycroft Realty, an authorised channel partner of NVT Quality Lifestyle, the developer of the villa project marketed as NVT Villas Varthur, Codename: A Life in Bloom. Our channel partner registration with the Karnataka Real Estate Regulatory Authority is PRM/KA/RERA/1251/446/AG/251021/006360.

We are a sales channel partner, not the developer. Our role is to answer questions about the project, share prices, floor plans and the brochure, and arrange site visits. This policy explains what we do with the details you give us while we do that.

2. What we collect

What you type into the enquiry form. Your name and phone number, which are required, and your email address, which is optional. We also record the time of the enquiry, which page or button it came from, and that you ticked the consent box.

What you send us directly. Anything you tell us when you call the number on this site or message us on WhatsApp, including what you are looking for and your budget, so that we do not have to ask twice.

What the web server records. Like every website, our hosting keeps standard access logs: the IP address of the visitor, the page requested, the time, and the browser and device type. These logs exist for security and troubleshooting, and we do not use them to build a profile of you.

We do not ask for, and have no use for, financial details, identity documents or any sensitive personal data through this website. Please do not send them by email or WhatsApp.

3. Why we collect it

To reply to your enquiry, and to send you the price sheet, floor plans, master plan and brochure you asked for.

To arrange and confirm a site visit.

To follow up about this project — launch, pricing and availability updates — by phone call, WhatsApp or email, which is what the consent box on the form refers to.

To keep a record of who we have spoken to, and to meet our obligations as a registered channel partner.

We do not sell your details to anyone, and we do not share them with other developers or brokers.

4. Who sees your details

Our own sales team, who make the call and handle the site visit.

NVT Quality Lifestyle, the developer, when a booking or a site visit needs to be registered against your name.

The services that carry the enquiry to us. An enquiry is emailed to our office through our mail provider and recorded in a private Google Sheet. Our website hosting provider stores the site and its server logs. These providers process the data on our behalf, under their own terms.

We may also disclose information if the law, a court or a regulator requires it.

5. Cookies and tracking

This site does not set advertising cookies and does not run Google Analytics, the Meta Pixel or any similar tracking script.

It uses your browser's session storage for one thing: to remember that the enquiry pop-up has already been shown to you, so it does not reappear on every page. That marker is stored on your own device and is cleared when you close the tab. It is never sent to us.

Fonts and icons are loaded from Google Fonts, which means Google's servers see the IP address of your request, as they do on most websites.

If we later add analytics or advertising tools — for example to measure a Google or Meta ad campaign — we will update this page before or when we do.

6. Links to other sites

This site links out to WhatsApp, to a phone dialler, and occasionally to third-party pages such as maps or school and developer websites. Once you follow such a link you are on someone else's website, governed by their privacy policy, not this one.

7. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we are in contact with you about a property, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us or a transaction needs to be evidenced. When the information is no longer needed, we delete it.

8. Your choices

Stop the calls and messages. Tell whoever contacts you, or email us, and we will stop. You do not have to give a reason.

Correct your details. If we have the wrong number or spelling, tell us and we will fix it.

Have your details deleted. Email us and we will remove your enquiry from our records, except anything we are legally required to retain.

Write to us at website@nvtvillasvarthur.com and we will act on the request within a reasonable time.

9. How we protect it

The site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection, enquiries are transmitted over an encrypted connection to our mail and spreadsheet providers, and access to the enquiry records is limited to the people who need it.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so while we take reasonable care, we cannot promise absolute security.

10. Children

This website is meant for adults buying property. We do not knowingly collect details from children. If a child has sent us their details, write to us and we will delete them.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the project, our tools or the law change. The date at the top of this page tells you when it was last revised, and the current version is always the one published here.
